Venezuela blackout: Power outage across the country

Large parts of crisis-hit Venezuela, including the capital Caracas, have been affected by an extensive electricity blackout. President Nicolás Maduro’s government has blamed “sabotage” at a hydroelectric dam that generates much of the country’s power.
